Tobias Hermansen

Born and raised in Norway, Tobias Hermansen (b. November 22, 2007) is a director, screenwriter, actor & YouTuber, who has dreamt of being a filmmaker since forever. He started his career on YouTube, where he criticized movies, shows, and other media, creating videos that explained the positive and negative aspects of various topics. During his time on YouTube, he started delving into sketches, playing characters as an intro to his reviews. That is where his love for filmmaking slowly began. Building and building on his visions, he went to direct, write, and star in his own short film called MENTALLY UNAVAILABLE (2024), which is based on his personal experience with depression and suicidal thoughts. This wasn't enough for him since he disliked this film so much. He went on to direct a documentary on this heavy topic. He starred and directed his documentary, HANGING BY A THREAD, in 2025, released it shortly after, and was surprised by the reception he got. Now he has his own Production Company, HAUNTED VIKINGS, and is always coming up with new ideas that he wants to put on screen. As all this went down, he also got into videography. He has been involved in various projects, including UKM Askim, Kulturnatt Fredrikstad, First Lego League, TEDx Fredrikstad, and many more.
