Keith and Evan take on their most expensive project yet with a historical Federal-style home and try to hold true to its all-American classical vibe. Then, Evan worries that Keith’s idea for an all black goth-inspired bungalow will scare buyers away.

Keith and Evan work to finish up a beautiful Federal-style house that could be the answer to their financial woes. Also, they pick up a stunning brick home with an awful smell, and Keith turns this nasty stench into a wildflower-filled garden paradise.
