The story takes us back to a world where Europe is a distant dream, institutions are under pressure, and the line between good and evil is dangerously blurred. Against this backdrop, the hospital "VYARA, NADEZHDA, LYUBOV" becomes the last island of humanity - a place where life is born, while fear, violence and impunity reign outside. At the center of the series are three women - doctors and midwives, each of whom faces fateful choices between professional duty, personal happiness and the moral price of survival. Faith, hope and love here are not abstract concepts, but tests - sometimes painful, sometimes destructive.

Tensions escalate in the hospital - Diana confronts Lydia in defense of Teodora, and in parallel, a serious case of illegal abortion reveals corruption and impunity. Personal dramas become entangled - Georgi promises Margo not to move, but hides his true intentions, and Bogdan unintentionally reveals his secret. Zoya announces her pregnancy and enters into an open confrontation with Diana, while Vaso reacts with ridicule.
